Description

True to its Wood Stone roots, the Whatcom Gas Vertical Rotisserie, with its central flame tower and Churrasco-style spit orientation, will be a showstopper in any display kitchen.

The vertical spits allow for multiple menu items to be roasted like rotisserie chicken. You can cook pork alongside beef alongside Peruvian chicken with no cross contamination. Vertical rotisserie spits allow the juices to still self baste the meat, but the drippings then fall into the water wash instead of onto the other spits. The perfect rotisserie chicken oven. In traditional horizontally oriented rotisseries you are limited to single species cooking at any given time because the juices fall from one spit to the next.

It has a small footprint (approximately 36” wide x 32” deep and a height of 77”). It can fit through any door and into any cook line.

Capacity

The Whatcom Gas Vertical Rotisserie oven has 10 spit locations. For larger products like Peruvian chicken roasting you will use every other spit (to allow proper spacing between products). For rotisserie chicken we use an innovative Bell-shaped hanger. Each “Poultry Bell” can attach another bell below, up to a total of three chickens per hook for a total capacity of 15 chickens at a time (with cook times of 60-75 minutes maximum). The Whatcom Gas Vertical Rotisserie is a true rotisserie chicken oven workhorse. 

Range of Products

As you would expect of a Vertical Rotisserie oven that offers a way around cross species contamination, you can cook a wide range of products with the Whatcom Gas Vertical Rotisserie. Peruvian Chicken, of course, full slabs of ribs (15 at time), top rounds, roasts, kabobs and vegetables are just a few of the rotisserie oven options.

A 5000# FORKLIFT AND A PALLET JACK AT THE JOBSITE FOR UNLOADING ARE REQUIRED BY OTHERS.
