Standard Exterior Specifications:

• Front, landing ledge, high backsplash and tubular rack constructed of stainless steel with welded and finished stainless steel seams.
• Knee controlled L-shape durable cast metal valve .
• Standard models available with up to eight burners. Four types of burner available for multiple purpose of use .
• 16" legs with adjustable feet.

Gas:

• Manifold pressure is 6′0″ W.C. for natural gas or 11′0″ for propane gas.
• Specify type of gas and elevation if over 2,000 ft ( 610 m ).
• Gas inlet: 1-2 chambers = 1 1/4″NPT;
• 3-4 chambers = 1 1/2″NPT;
• 5 or more chambers = 1 1/2″( 38 ) NPT.

Burner Specifications:

• 12" Three-ring Burner 100,000 BTU/hr
• 9" Duck jet Burner 160,000 BTU/hr
• 8" Power jet Burner 130,000 BTU/hr
