• The Automated Apple Corer Wedger Peeler is an easy to use

  apple peeling machine made to peel, core and segment all

  types of apples. It is easy to maintain due to its stainless

  steel design. The core, peel and cut products are kept

  separate. This machine has an extra feature to slice apples.

  Yield is up to 12 apples per minute and more for just wedging

  And coring.

  Three Step Process:

  1) Place Apple on Spindle / Remove Slices

  2) Automatic Peeling and Slicing

  3) Cutting the Core out of the Fruit and, if desired,

  Cutting into Pieces with a Wedging Knife

  Fan Knives with Spacing from 3/16” to ¾”
