The Giles Heated Merchandiser (GHM-C) is designed to display a maximum number of menu selections while keeping them fresh and at the proper serving temperature, waiting for your customers to enjoy.
The GHM-C features independent temperature control for each section of the warmer. An even temperature in each well is maintianed by means of lower pan heaters and separately controlled top-side ceramic heaters.
This Warmer was delveloped with flexibility in mind. Different service options are available; full-serve, customer self-service, or a combination of both. In either case, your products are highly visible and appealing to the customer.
