A lift-out one piece stainless steel tank features carrying handles for easy emptying and cleaning. Two 4" x 10" x 4" nickel-plated fryer baskets with cool-touch handles ship with every Vollrath 40706 10 lb. countertop fryer. It is ETL and NSF Listed, and requires a 220V electrical connection.
