Description 

This light-duty convection oven is the Vollrath 40702. It requires a 208/240 volt dedicated outlet and it has a stainless steel exterior. The interior of this concession convection oven has rounded corners and four removable, non-tip, steel wire shelves that each fit a 1/2 size sheet pan. There is an interior bake light and a bake timer that automatically switches off after a preset period. This electric convection oven features a steam injection system for manual humidity control, which allows for browning of pastry and bread products. It also has a grill element that makes browning, roasting and grilling possible and for safety, there are cool touch safety doors and insulated double walls. This baking convection oven has a custom designed baffle fan that ensures even heat distribution, even when the oven is completely full.

This Vollrath, light duty, convection oven measures 32 inches in width, 30 inches in depth, and 22 inches in height and it has an input of 6.6 KWH. It is UL compliant and the exterior should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. The inside should be cleaned as well with warm soapy water after every use. Please allow 6-10 days for delivery.
