The top burners are rated at 30,000 BTU’s (Natural Gas), 24,000 BTU’s (LP GAS)–the hottest burners in the industry and they come with life time warranty. The oven on the S36D is rated at 35,000 BTU’s per hour. The standard oven has a large 26 1/4"W x 27"D x 14 15/16" oven cavity – sheet pans fit side-to-side or front-to-back.
