*With our 3D equipment floor plan design, you will be able to view your kitchen before it has been built. This will help you and us set up your kitchen perfectly without any mistakes, delays or any extra unexpected costs.

Above stated services for this project will be payable as follow:

You will be invoiced periodically (weekly) or at completion of a phase, for work performed at our discount price and not the going rate of $1.30 per Square Feet.

After Reviewing the size of this job will give you a flat rate fee.

Upon Signing of Agreement 50% payment is required

Invoices are due when presented

ITEMS OR COSTS NOT IN BASIC FEE: permit or application fees, testing fee’s, Shop Drawings, Architectuel Drawing electrical gas or pluming work.
