Star Manufacturing’s Star-Max™ 5124CF 24-inch charbroiler is made to handle high volumes of products such as steak, chicken, burgers, seafood, and many other items to keep your busy kitchen running smoother. This model is made from polished stainless steel and has a one-inch stainless steel wrap around splash guard, stainless steel front control panel, and stainless steel bull nose front. This electric charbroiler has two types of heat transfer — radiation direct from elements and conduction through the grates, for more even heat distribution and maximized performance. Its double-wall construction and enclosed bottom helps reduce heat loss.
