Additional cutting disks are available for slicing and dicing  from 1/12" up to 3/4" cuts, and manufacturer rates this machine for throughput  of up to 7,700 lbs per hour, dependent on product. Choose from available shred  diameters of: 1/8", 1/6", 1/5", or 5/16". All stainless steel construction.
