Relax in the knowledge that your cooking routine is under control, you can boil, bake, steam, poach, hold and much more, all in a single unit!
The Self Cooking Center cooks up to 15 times faster than conventional appliances, saving you both time and money. Easy to use, just select the food, how you want it cooked, and wait for perfect results.Thats it.
Sensors monitor the food 3600 times an hour, adjusting and fine tuning the cooking process, ensuring that food is cooked exactly as you want it, even overnight. Kitchen floorspace becomes less of a problem, as the Self Cooking Center negates the need for many conventional cooking appliances.

With the SelfCooking Center®, you will calmly approach daily kitchen chores: baking, roasting, grilling, steaming, braising, blanching, poaching and much more, all in a single unit. 100 Steaks with a perfect grill pattern in only 11 minutes

Large amounts of grilled food perfectly prepared in next to no time. The unique GriddleGrids give steaks, fish and vegetables a typical grill pattern. Effortless success, even with frozen products. You simply lay fresh or frozen products on the GriddleGrid and load the RATIONAL SelfCooking Center® – that’s it.

Pan-fried food made easy
With the RATIONAL SelfCooking Center® you can prepare pan-fried meat like escalopes, cutlets, medaillons as well as a wide variety of breaded products – easoily, without looking after them.
The special granite enamelled containers also ensure that pan fried cuts are perfectly browned underneath. Does away completely with time consuming and laborious turning.

Finishing® – a new dimension to food preparation

Normally, meals are kept warm, for example, in warming cabinets or displays. This results in quality losses.

Finishing® in the RATIONAL SelfCooking Center® finally does away with warming meals. Whether it’s 1, 5, 20 or several 1,000 meals, with Finishing® meals are brought to perfection without stress or rush.

They start with the mise en place of all the requisite dishes whenever you have the time: in the morning, the afternoon or a day beforehand. No more expensive temporary help or overtime. As soon as the food has been produced in the SelfCooking Center®, it is chilled, thus halting further unwanted cooking. Food quality remains superb.

Shortly before serving, Finishing® in the RATIONAL SelfCooking Center® according to need prepares meals to perfection.

Roasting without bounds

No matter whether it is leg of pork, roast with crackling, pork medallions, meat loaf, turkey breast, roast beef, leg of veal, roast veal, roast on a spit, roast duck and much more, large or small, fully or partially loaded, it will be perfectly prepared with overnight roasting.

You decide on the browning – from light to dark – and the degree of cooking – from medium rare to welldone – the SelfCooking Center® does the rest.

Just put the meat raw into the cooking cabinet. The meat pieces are automatically seared and then very gently cooked with ClimaSoft®. The special maturing process makes the meat succulently tender and incomparably juicy. If required, you can hold the meat for 24 hours without any loss of quality.
