All fabrication is done on premise using only the highest quality of materials. There is no wood used in the manufacturing of AP products with the exception of sub floors and in carts under counter support which are completely covered and sealed from moisture.
We have licensed gas fitters on contract as well as third party inspection facilities for all gas and electrical work to ensure everything is up to current codes.
It is our goal at AP Custom Manufacturing Ltd. to continue to offer the highest quality of workmanship and service to our customers. We are always open to any ideas that may improve our product for the end user.
AP Custom Manufacturing Ltd. carries a NON-TRANSFERABLE LIMITED WARRANTY on all its products for one year from the date of completion.
During the warranty period, if a part should fail due to defect, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge once authorization has been given.
If AP is not able to inspect the required repair, the unit can be taken to the nearest facility appropriate for the repair. Once a technician has had a chance to estimate and discuss the procedure with AP and upon authorization, will paid for by AP.
Warranty on all equipment supplied by AP is covered by the original supplier or manufacturer.
All workmanship and equipment manufactured by AP is covered directly by AP.
All work or replacement parts must be authorized by AP prior to proceeding.
Other types of damage, but not limited to misuse or abuse, are not covered under the warranty of AP.
AP Custom Manufacturing Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any loss of business which may occur due to any part or equipment failure.
Payment terms and manufacture time
•85% of the value is required with order by bank wire transfer
•Balance and taxes are due at completion
•Shipping is set up by Tamirson and is paid by the customer. Any damage caused in shipping must be reported immediately to the terminal and shipping company by the customer upon receiving
•Customs clearances and brokerage are set up and paid by Tamirson
•Manufacture time is approx 8-10 weeks and may change based on availability of supplied equipment and as new orders are confirmed
