The Modules help create an integrated retail outlet. They can fit neatly under the MVU counter extensions or be positioned independently to form additional counters or work benches.
Key features are:
- The Modules can be configured in numerous ways including:
- Dry
- Heated
- Refrigerated
- Freezers
- BBQ’s
- Cook tops
- Additional sink
- When a Module’s contents are exhausted, it can be exchanged for another and wheeled away for replenishment
- Two modules can be positioned back-to-back to form another counter or work station.
- The MVU Module system facilitates mobile catering where food can be prepared from a central location, then pushed or transported to the MVU satellites.
- Because MVU Modules are an integrated add on,they do not impact other products and services currently on offer.
MVU: Display Module
The custom-made MVU Display Module is independently refrigerated; has three glass sides, moveable trays and internal lighting. (Pictured left, sitting neatly on top of a storage module) Because the Display Module has the same profile as the Storage Module; they appear to be the one unit. The MVU counter extension, (in the horizontal position), fits between the two, so the Module, Display and MVU appear to be one. Power for the Storage Modules and Display Modules can be distributed by the MVU’s Energy Management Unit, which is located in the MVU’s Service Module. |
