Franke espresso machines are UL approved to electrical safety and sanitation standard NSF 4.
Note:
(1) The FLAIR is a portable commercial machine. It can be easily transported to CATERING events, weddings, bar-mitzahs, etc (another good source of income). It works with 110V.
(2) IT DOES NOT HAVE AN INLINE WATER CONNECTION. The water tank is large enough to dispense beverages for a few days. It is easily refilled with bottled or filtered water.
(3) Ideally it should dispense 50-60 drinks/day (up to 75-80 MAXIMUM).
