USAGE
It is equipped with a special knife, it will give good result in all sort of mixture, it is intended for small volume work. It can easily and rapidly emulsify sauces.
Grind and mix small quantities of mixtures, it can also have excellent results on bread soup, pancake mixture, mayonnaise,etc…
For day care and diet, finely pulverised vegetables puree, fruit cream…
MAINTENANCE
Never clean the mixer with water jet sprays.Remove battery pack before cleaning. To clean the inside portion of the bottom bell, immerse into clear water and run the mixer for a few seconds.
