The 25” Holman™ Half-Size Countertop Convection Oven (CCOH-3) from Star Manufacturing is a countertop solution with the same convection cooking abilities of a half-sized floor model. The oven features dual high performance reversible rear fans and elements to keep the entire oven cavity at a uniform, precise heat. When the door is opened, a door interlock switch turns off the blower fan to minimize heat loss and prevent heat from entering the kitchen. When the door is closed, double pane tempered glass holds heat in for maximum energy use.
