Conventional 2 hole double row chest type reach in cabinet with a flat bottom design, eliminating the lower level of storage tubs. This flat bottom is designed for custard applications where the small cabinet can sit on display while the batch machine produces the custard show, then easly wheels away for dipping. The all stainless materials used in construction allows for easy cleanup while the permanent gaskets stand up to the daily heavy use. Standard features include casters and digital t-stat. Options include a tub insert to hold the cold air in while the tub opening accepts the custard ribbon. Dipper wells sold seperately.
