The GAS GRILL 8 is our most popular baking machine as it’s very visual, easy to use & gives consistently outstanding baking results.
It is often purchased by mobile vendors who will bake & sell at farmers markets, festivals & events. However, due to its excellent baking performance, some vendors have chosen to install this machine at their fixed locations.
Due to the heat source coming from below the dough, the cooking roll does not have to be moved to another position during the baking process. This saves valuable production time.
Different size & shaped cooking rolls (which we sell) can be used with the grill as the frame where the cooking rolls rest can be adjusted. Therefore, the dough can go closer to, or further away from the heat source, resulting in an even bake.
The gas grill has four individual infrared gas burners, each with its own control knob. Each burner can be lit with a piezo ignition which is powered simply, by a single AA battery. All four burners do not have to be lit during operation. Burners can be lit as and when required.
The gas grill (burners) are manufactured to run off LPG bottled gas (propane / butane), which is readily available in most countries, however, at our factory, we can set the grill (burners) to burn natural gas which may be supplied at the location where the grill will be used, if being used in a permanent location.
Infrared gas burners are much hotter than electric heating elements & so the gas grill does not require any doors, making baking a piece of culinary theatre!
An electrical motor box is fixed to the main grill. Inside the motor box are 8 individual motors. Each motor turns a cooking rolls around automatically above an infrared burner.
The electrical consumption of the gas grill motor box is low. To power the motor box, you can plug directly into the mains electricity, power it by a generator or run it through an invertor & connect to a 12-volt battery.
The grill can be purchased alone & be built into your work spare or purchased with a purpose-built stand so that it can stand alone.
