Jumpstart your kitchen efficiency and unlock ultra-fast cook times with the Lincoln 2501V digital countertop impinger conveyorized ventless electric oven. Ideal for making pizzas, toasting sandwiches, and more, this oven can accommodate signature creations of nearly any size thanks to a 16″ wide belt and a 20″ long cooking chamber. Boasting a ventless design, this unit increases operational flexibility and lowers installation costs, making the oven perfect for nearly any application. An integrated air impingement feature cooks food under jets of hot air in order to decrease cooking times and provide uniform heating throughout the entire process. The reversible conveyor is operated by push-button controls that are easy to program and adjust. Additionally, preset menu buttons provide a simple, time-saving solution for high volume kitchens. 

A stainless steel exterior ensures years of long-lasting durability in addition to a design that’s easy to clean. The unit’s internal temperature can quickly reach a range of 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit and be customized for cook times as little as 30 seconds and as long as 15 minutes. Digital controls are located on the lower front and offer the ability to control temperature and conveyor speed, along with providing users with a time and temperature display for effortless monitoring of the food items inside.
