Built-in diagnostic testing combines with an all stainless steel construction to ensure years of long-lasting use, while its ventless operation eliminates the need for a costly hood installation. The Merrychef eikon e2s rapid cook oven comes with helpful accessories to help you get the most of your new unit, including a solid cook plate, 2 cook plate liners, a solid full size base basket, a guarded hand paddle with supporting side walls, and a cool down pan. To clean the unit, just remove the accessories and spray the cavity with a de-greaser. Thanks to the interior coved corners, you won’t even need to scrub leftover food particles out of hard-to-reach corners.
