Custom pita oven conveyor tunnel oven 6 ft long. With hot roll 24” x 4” wide plate, ¼” thick black carbon metal. 4 infrared gas burners on top. 2 natural gas tube burners on bottom. Natural gas, ¾” gas line, 220 volt with speed control for oven. There is a UL approved safety gas valve to each burner that lighted up manually (no pilot system). Top burner are American made with certificate, we use all approved gas component. Capacity up to 600 pita per hour.

The 48″ X 32″ tunnel oven spec: All stainless steel frame size 48″ X 32″ with 18″ wide plate. Type 2 all welded hood with 6″ exhaust pipe connection 85,000 BTU – 110 volt gear motor with speed control. Gas connection at 3/4″ NPT 6″-9″ WC
