The countertop of this unit also features six open burner grates and an accommodating 24 griddle plate to make boiling, frying or searing foods easy. The entire unit is fortified against copious usage and deterioration, with the griddle plate being made of 0.75 thick polished steel and the burners utilizing cast iron for their construction. The oven interior has an enamel coating and the rest of the unit is Stainless Steel.
