With Sierra Range’s SR-4-24 four burner gas range with a standard oven, you can bake, boil, saute, roast, and more with one piece of equipment. Made with stainless steel, the unit has four heavy duty cast iron burners on top and an oven U-type burner for better fitting operations. There are four strong top burners, each with a 30,000 BTU capacity and a 32,000 BTU oven burner. The oven temperature ranges from 250 degrees to 550 degrees. A porcelain door lining and inner bottom deck to make cleaning and maintenance easier. There is a stainless steel non-clog standing pilot for each of the four burners that ignite instantly. With a heavy gauge welded front frame, cast iron top grates can be removed easily for cleaning.
