SANGAK OVEN Special Pita Oven 11 Feet  – Custom made sangak oven 11’ long x 4′ wide x 6′ height,  8 infrared burner on top, 6 tube burner on the bottom, safety valve to each burner, sprocket system with appropriate chain, 316 type stainless steel side wall frame. Natural gas line at 1 inch, 2 HP 220 volt single phase gear motor with speed control system, type 2 hood with 10″ duct connection, estimate BTU 450,000.  Included with 4′ discharge automatic sangak bread cutter 30″ wide, conveyor type chain and 30″ knive system with 2 motor and speed control.
