This specific filtration system is comprised of three individual filter cartridges. The first one is a dirt and sediment cartridge designed to capture dirt and all particulates.
The second is a carbon filter system which removes the chlorine and odors from the
water.. The third works to clean the water of pesticides, Listeria, and other potentially harmful bacterium.
The filtration system includes a pressure Gauge, a water shut off valve and a wrench for changing filter cartridges.
This is an extremely well built housing and mounting system and in most operations the cartridges should last up to 6 months before needing to be changed..
