Imperial Chinese Gas Range

Imperial provides as standard many of the optional upgrades

normally offered at a premium on other Chinese Gas Range

lines. The new look features a stainless steel front, landing

ledge, high backsplash and pipe rack.

The Imperial Chinese Gas Range is available in a host

of configurations to meet varying oriental cooking

requirements. Four types of burners are designed for

specific purposes: soup; fast cook-to-order dishes; simmer

cook rice and noodles; stir fry large volumes or food; boiling

water or frying with oil. Seven size wok holes (13" – 24") may

be used for preparing various volumes of food. The wok

hole size may be matched with the burners required for

the specific style of chinese cooking. The water cooled top

and built-in drain system help control stove top temperatures.

The knee control “L” shaped handle lets you control the gas

while leaving hands free for cooking. Easy access stainless

steel drain basket is located in front of stove.

Constructed for durability, Imperial Chinese Ranges are

made of heavy gauge steel with a welded angle iron

chassis. Elite griddles, fryers and open burners may be

built into this Chinese Gas Range for added cooking
