Rate:

The Quantum model QTMC5-16 Target Sauce Applicator is capable of topping

16″ pizzas at rates up to 60 per minute (3,600 per hour) while maintaining a sauce

free border. Samples of sauce must be provided to Quantum for testing to

determine compatibility, portion accuracy, and line speed.

Portion:

All Quantum sauce systems utilize a USDA approved patented sauce applicator to

control portion within +/-0.2 ounces per deposit. The portion is distributed through

patterns available from 5 1/8″ to 15 3/8″.

Power Requirements:

The Quantum model QTMC5-16 Target Sauce Applicator requires 220 VAC, 10

amp, and 80PSI at 6 SCFM clean dry air.

Washdown:

Continuous welded stainless steel frame construction, washdown gearboxes and

washdown duty motors allow conveyors to be hosed down for sanitation.

High-pressure water should not be directed at control enclosure, motors or

operator interface.
