Pita Bread, Saj Bread, and Pizza Dough Sheeter by MED. This dough roller can stretch the dough up to 16" in diameter and between 1mm to 4mm in thickness. This dough sheeter is great for pita, Saj bread, pizza, wraps, and more into a uniform thickness and a round shape quickly and easily. The two stage dough roller / sheeter is a compact counter-top, space saver, and cuts labor costs tremendously. A single operator can make up about 260 pieces per hour.
All stainless steel Heavy-Duty construction, maintenance free 1/2 hp motor ensures years of trouble-free operation. The drive mechanism is sealed from the rollers for sanitary operation.
Spring loaded scrapers can be removed easily for cleaning, and the sanitary plastic rollers help eliminate dough buildup.
